Adventure, Teamwork, and Triumph: Year 5–9 Conquer Thorpe Woodlands!
Our Year 5–9 students had a fantastic time at Thorpe Woodlands this week! From raft building, canoeing, and cycling to den building, climbing, caving, archery, and even river jumping, they threw themselves into every activity with energy and enthusiasm. And of course, they tackled the high ropes, zip wires, and evening campfires too!
We were lucky with the weather—it stayed dry the whole time, making the adventures even more enjoyable!
It was wonderful to see students embrace new experiences, push beyond their comfort zones, and take real pride in their achievements. Beyond the activities, the trip was a brilliant opportunity to build confidence, strengthen friendships, and develop resilience, teamwork, and leadership skills.
A huge thank you to all the staff and instructors who helped make it such a memorable and rewarding experience!
