Dottie Childerhouse keeps her nerve and jumps to success
Brookes UK student Dorothy Childerhouse and her horse Sky have recently started competing in show jumping locally. In only their second competition last week they were placed in 2 events. In the 40 cm class they came 4th with a clear round. Then in the 50 cm class they achieved another clear round and were 2nd fastest. Show jumping requires rider and pony to be in sync with each other and helps to develops young peoples communion skills. It also takes a lot of nerves to compete in front of an audience. Well done Dottie and Sky from us all at Brookes.
