Years 5 & 6 entered the Young Enterprise Fiver challenge. The Fiver challenge is running from 6th June to the 1st of July 2022. The children pledge £5 to get their business ideas off the ground during the four weeks of the challenge, aiming to make as much profit as they can. At the end of the challenge the children repay their £5 pledges plus a 50p legacy contribution and decide how to spend or donate their profit. The children worked very hard to create a variety of business; repurposing tin cans, cookies, lemonade, decorated pebbles and plaques and the children held a sale to raise money. Ciaran Keane and Theo Costello offered a car washing service to the staff, that was extremely popular! Well done to Henry Barron who was runner up in the logo competition with his EcoCan logo.
