Learning Support Assistant 1:1 SEN - KS1

We require a full / part time SEN Learning Support Assistant from September 2022 who will work on a 1:1 basis in the school with a KS1 student to help support them and meet their learning milestones.

Requirements:
Essential: experience of working with children with additional needs
Desirable: ability to be flexible and creative
Desirable: good organisational skills

You will:
be dedicated, inspiring and engaging
create a safe, calm and positive environment for the student
work under the direction of teachers and the SENDCo
work alongside therapists and specialists providing appropriate feedback to the LA and the parents
monitor the student’s development through effective quality planning and assessment
have an up to date DBS with update service or be willing to apply for a new DBS
provide references covering the last 5 years

Job Type : Full-time or Part Time Permanent. Job share considered
Hours: Term Time Only 8am to 4pm
Salary: £10.99 per hour
Start Date: September 1st 2022
