The parents and carers of children at Brookes are an important and valued part of our school community. New families are warmly welcomed and soon get to know others at the school through formal groups like our active PTA and more informal social networks.

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved and work alongside staff and students to help to organise activities and events throughout the year, from seasonal events, sporting activities, performance showcases and our amazing summer festival BFest.

Unique parent-led management team

Most recently we introduced a unique parent-led management structure to tap into the skills and expertise of parents and further build on our family ethos to take school from strength to strength. There are few schools where parents can have such a strong voice in the running of the school.

Over time these new pages of our website will be populated with information for parents who are keen to know more and get involved in the life of the school.

Any parents interested in being a part of the PTA are very welcome to come along.
